Whitening

How to use your complimentary Pola Day or Pola Night kit — the same custom-tray system Stadium Dental hands out free with every adult check-up and cleaning.

Four

Steps

Daily routine, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Prep your trays

Place a small drop of Pola Day or Pola Night gel into every tooth compartment of your custom whitening tray.

  2. 02

    Seat & wipe

Seat the tray firmly so the gel hugs each tooth. Wipe away any excess gel from your gums with tissue or a soft toothbrush.

  3. 03

    Time it right

Wear the 7.5% strength gel for 30–45 minutes daily, or the 9.5% strength for 15–30 minutes daily. Don't exceed the recommended time.

  4. 04

    Rinse & care

Pop out the tray, rinse it under cool water with a toothbrush, and store it in its case. Brush your teeth gently and avoid hot drinks for 30 minutes.

Do

  • 01Brush and floss before each whitening session.
  • 02Use the gel at room temperature for the best result.
  • 03Store the gel in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
  • 04Wear your trays consistently for the full prescribed run.

Don't

  • 01Don't eat, drink, or smoke during a whitening session.
  • 02Wait at least two hours before smoking after a session.
  • 03Skip strongly coloured foods and drinks for 48 hours after — coffee, red wine, soy sauce, beets, dark berries.
  • 04Don't use the gel if pregnant, lactating, or under 14 years old.
  • 05Keep the gel out of reach of children and pets — never inject Pola Day or Pola Night.
